We confirm a delivery date that works for you, typically 1–2 weeks from purchase.
Transport
Your structure is loaded and hauled from Parkesburg on a specialized trailer.

Site prep is essential
A level gravel pad or concrete slab is required before delivery. We can arrange professional site preparation for you.
Site prep guide14′ wide delivery
14′ wide structures are still delivered fully assembled — we handle the road permit and pilot car. Some parkways may require alternate routing.
Access clearance
We need a clear path at least 2 feet wider than your structure, with overhead clearance for the trailer. Gates, trees, and utility lines are the usual constraints.
No hard boundary
We don’t have a maximum delivery distance. If there’s a road to your property, we’ll work out the logistics. Longer distances simply cost more per the per-mile rate.
Pricing is one-way
You pay for one-way mileage from Parkesburg to your property — not the round trip. The rate depends on your structure’s width.
Delivery detailsOn-site construction (when placement isn’t feasible)
Our Shed Mule places every fully assembled building. The Mule fits through most gates, but the building must clear every opening — you need at least 2′ wider than the structure. If it won’t fit, remove a fence section or go with an on-site build (30% surcharge). The Mule also can’t handle very steep hills or heavy mud.
