About this unit
This 14' × 28' Portable Two Story Gambrel is a display model on our Parkesburg, PA sales lot. Two-story garages are too tall to haul with the roof on, so every one is built new: we build the complete structure — both floors and stairway — at our shop, then deliver it to your site. Our crew finishes only the roof on-site. The end result is a seamless single structure with no modular seams. Come walk through both floors and see the quality firsthand — the full standing headroom under the gambrel roof, the built-in stairway with railing, and the open upper-floor layout that works as a workshop, office, studio, or additional storage. Downstairs, the 9×7 overhead garage door and 36" classic entry door give you a proper vehicle bay with easy access. This model features Wood LP SmartSide siding in tan with white trim, a classic black roof, and the full Classic trim package — Miratec 1×6 fascia, 1×3 corner trim, larger gable overhangs, and classic vents. When you're ready, we'll build yours to order in your preferred size (10×16 up to 14×48), siding type, and color combination. Same Amish craftsmanship, customized to you.
