24' X 28' Modular Garage
This 24' x 28' classic-style modular garage with Barnwood Gray LP SmartSide siding and white trim found its owner after leaving our Parkesburg lot. Built with 2x4 pressure treated floor joists 12" on center supporting a ¾" plywood floor, and 2x4 wall studs 7' high on 16" centers, this garage provided a sturdy, spacious solution perfect for vehicle storage, a workshop, or hobby space. The interior radiant heat barrier made it comfortable for year-round use.
What set this garage apart were its solid steel 9x7 overhead doors with aluminum diamond plate guards and the modular construction allowing expert on-site assembly, including professional roof setup. Three sliding windows with screens added ventilation and natural light, while the 3/12 pitch black roof with architectural shingles ensured durability. This configuration worked well for homeowners needing a robust, versatile garage with quality materials and thoughtful design, and similar garages can be custom-built to match these specs and finishes.
