On-skids sheds we can often pull aside with the Shed Mule the same day we deliver your new one. Larger teardowns we schedule separately.

Trade-in credit
If your old building is structurally sound and worth restoring, we may apply a credit toward your new build — and the pickup is included. Some of these become our inspected, restored refurbished structures.
Straight removal fee
Many structures we see are past their useful life — that’s okay. We still remove them professionally and quote a fair fee upfront, based on size, condition, and how far you are from Parkesburg. No surprise charges.

We keep what we can out of the landfill — sound structures get inspected and restored, the rest is disposed of responsibly. One large commercial demolition is a different trade; if that’s what you need, tell us and we can point you toward a contractor who handles it.

Our removal service is built around customers upgrading to a new building, and that’s where we can offer the best value — often pulling the old one aside the same day we deliver the new one. How much does shed removal cost?
It depends on the structure’s size, how it’s built, and how far you are from our Parkesburg facility. A small shed on skids close by is straightforward; a large building on a permanent foundation farther out is more involved. Send us photos, dimensions, and your zip and we’ll quote a fair fee upfront — no surprise charges.
What if my old shed still has some value?

Can you take a shed that’s on a concrete slab or permanent foundation?
Often, yes — it’s just a bigger job than an on-skids shed. Whether we can depends on the size, how it’s anchored, the access to it, and the distance from Parkesburg. That’s why we ask for photos and your zip: it lets us give you a real answer instead of a guess.
What happens to the old structure after you remove it?
Whatever can be reused or refurbished, we try to keep out of the landfill — some trade-ins are inspected, restored, and resold. The rest is disposed of responsibly.
