When we take in a used structure, we don’t flip it — we restore it. Every refurbished unit is inspected joint-by-joint, repaired where it needs it, and brought back to solid working condition before it lands back on the lot. Priced to move — and they go fast, usually within days.
What refurbished means at White Pine Structures
Restored, not flipped
Every refurbished unit goes through the same three steps before it earns its place back on the lot. We’d rather pass on a structure than dress one up.
Inspected
We walk every joint, hinge, panel, and the floor system. If the bones aren’t solid, the unit doesn’t come back to the lot — period.
Repaired
Roof patches, siding fixes, hardware swaps, door alignment, trim work — whatever it needs to be solid again. Materials match the original spec.
Restored
Cleaned, prepped, and walked through one more time before it goes back out. What you see on the lot is what you get — no surprises.
Refurbished units are sold as-is after restoration. They’re not new and not warranty-covered like fresh builds — but they’re structurally sound, ready to use, and a real value.
