Looking for used sheds for sale near you? Every pre-owned structure on our Parkesburg lot is inspected joint-by-joint, repaired where it needs it, and restored before it earns a price tag. These aren’t Craigslist sheds — they’re refurbished, ready to use, and priced to move. They go fast, usually within days.

What makes our used sheds different
Restored, not flipped
Every used shed goes through the same three steps before it earns its place back on the lot. We’d rather pass on a structure than dress one up.
Inspected
We walk every joint, hinge, panel, and the floor system. If the bones aren’t solid, the unit doesn’t come back to the lot — period.
Repaired
Rot doesn’t get patched over — we cut it out and rebuild, then repaint the whole unit one uniform color. Some units are re-sided in new vinyl (fully covered, seamless); others are repaired with wood LP SmartSide, where you may notice a section where new siding meets old — the honest sign of a real repair, not a cover-up.
Restored
Cleaned, prepped, and walked through one more time before it goes back out. What you see on the lot is what you get — no surprises.
What a refurbished unit looks like: These are restored, not factory-new — and every unit is repainted one uniform color. Units re-sided in vinyl have a fully covered, seamless exterior. Units repaired with wood LP SmartSide may show a section where the new siding meets the original — the honest sign of a real repair, not a cover-up. Either way it’s structurally solid, and the restored condition is part of the value (and the price). Each listing’s “Siding material” tells you which is which.
Refurbished units are sold as-is after restoration. They’re not new and not warranty-covered like fresh builds — but they’re structurally sound, ready to use, and a real value.
