About This Refurbished Unit
This is a restored pre-owned structure, not a factory-new build. Where we found rot, we cut it out and rebuilt it with wood LP SmartSide — the same engineered siding we use on new builds — then repainted the whole unit one uniform color. You may notice a section where the new siding meets the original; that’s the honest sign of a real repair, not a cover-up. Structurally solid, and priced to reflect its restored condition.
