8' X 16' Quaker (Refurbished)
Dark gray exterior, white trim, dark gray roof. This 8X16 Quaker has been refurbished — one hundred twenty-eight square feet with that signature overhang keeping rain off the door.
New roof, siding repaired where needed, door and hardware checked over. It shows some wear, but it's solid and weather-tight.
About This Refurbished Unit
This is a restored pre-owned structure, not a factory-new build. Where we found rot, we cut it out and rebuilt it with wood LP SmartSide — the same engineered siding we use on new builds — then repainted the whole unit one uniform color. You may notice a section where the new siding meets the original; that’s the honest sign of a real repair, not a cover-up. Structurally solid, and priced to reflect its restored condition.
