These aren’t upgrades. They’re the baseline on every White Pine specialty structure, every time. Optional upgrades (metal roof, insulation, electrical rough-in, custom shooting-window kits) layer on top.
LP SmartSide siding
Engineered-wood siding with a 50-year limited warranty — primed and finish-coated at the shop. On greenhouses, polycarbonate panels replace siding on the growing side.
Polycarbonate roof panels (greenhouses)
On every greenhouse and combo build, the growing side gets twin-wall polycarbonate panels — UV-stable, hail-rated, and rated for 10+ years of light transmission.
Real wood framing, 16” on center
Pressure-treated 4×4 skids and 2×4 wall studs, every model. Studio sheds and office sheds add insulation-ready blocking; hunting blinds get reinforced corners.
Architectural shingle or metal roof
GAF or IKO architectural shingles standard on closed-roof models (studio, office, run-in, hunting blind). Metal roof available as an upgrade on every body style.
Custom hardware kits
Run-in sheds and hunting blinds ship with their full skid-mount and shooting-window kits. Studio sheds and office sheds include a steel exterior door with deadbolt.
Per-mile delivery from Parkesburg
Delivered fully assembled where single-piece delivery fits. $5/mi one-way for 6′–12′ wide builds, $7.50/mi one-way for 13′–14′ wide. On-site assembly available for sites beyond single-piece reach.

- Most specialty builds ship in 4–8 weeks from approved specs and deposit. Hunting blinds and standard greenhouses tend to be on the faster end (4–6 weeks); studio sheds, office sheds, and greenhouse combos run 6–8. We give you a firm window in writing with your quote.
