This isn’t a sales call. It’s a real look at your property so we both know what we’re working with before you commit to anything.

  • Can our delivery truck reach the spot?
  • Is there room to get the building back there? (we bring a shed mule for tight spots)
  • Is the ground level enough, or do you need site prep?
  • What size building actually fits the space?
  • Are there setback or easement issues?
  • Do you need a permit in your township?
  • What’s the delivery cost to your address?

Is this really free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, no credit card. We just look at your property and tell you what we see.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. The review is a conversation starter. If it makes sense to keep talking, great. If not, no hard feelings.
Does someone come out in person?
Usually not for the first review. We pull up your property on satellite, look at the photos you send, and check the delivery route. If we need to see something in person, we'll schedule that separately.
What if I'm outside your delivery area?
We deliver to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. If you're outside those states, give us a call — we may still be able to work something out.
Do I need exact measurements?
No. Rough idea of the space helps, but we can figure out what fits from the photos and satellite view.
