White Pine Structures has been building from our Parkesburg, Pennsylvania shop since 1988. What hasn't changed is how we build: one structure at a time, by hand, with materials we'd use on our own property.
Over three decades of continuous operation from our Parkesburg, PA facility. What started as a one-family workshop has grown into one of the most respected names in portable structures across the Mid-Atlantic.
Skills and standards passed down through three generations. Every builder in our shop learned from someone who learned from someone who helped start the business. That's not a marketing line — it's how the work gets done.

It's easy to say “quality craftsmanship.” Here's what it looks like in practice.
We don't order lumber by the pallet and hope for the best. Our builders inspect every board, rejecting warped, split, or substandard stock before it ever reaches your structure. This is the difference between a shed that looks good on delivery day and one that still looks good in year 15.
Tight-fitting joints, properly seated fasteners, consistent spacing. These aren't visible from the outside, but they're the reason our structures stay square and weather-tight for decades while big-box alternatives warp and sag within a few seasons.
We build for Mid-Atlantic weather — freeze-thaw cycles, summer humidity, nor'easters, and the occasional hurricane remnant. Our foundation systems, ventilation details, and water management are designed for conditions right here, not for a national catalog.
