Our skilled craftsmen use 2x4 framing, LP SmartSide or vinyl siding, and architectural shingles to ensure your structure protects your belongings for 30+ years, not 3-5 like cheaper alternatives.

Full 2x4 wall framing with all pressure-treated floor joists paired with the same quality lumber, siding, and roofing materials used in residential home construction—not the thin 2x3 or metal framing found in cheaper sheds

All pressure-treated joists and SilverTech® Radiant Barrier on interior sides of exterior wall sheathing (LP SmartSide for wood siding or ½" OSB under vinyl) and roof sheathing—premium features other builders charge extra for, included at no additional cost
Complete Weather Protection—Foundation to Roof
Architectural shingles and multiple LP SmartSide profiles (standard engineered wood, Board & Batten, or Lap Siding) plus low-maintenance vinyl options resist rot, moisture, and pests. Includes ¾" smooth sanded plywood flooring—25% thicker than competitors' 5/8" for superior strength and complete protection from ground to roofline
