When Do We Build on Site?

We deliver most sheds and single-car garages fully assembled. On-site construction is for the bigger builds and the tricky placements.

Modular Garages (20′+ Wide)

Any garage wider than 14 feet ships in panels and gets assembled at your property. Our crew handles framing, siding, roofing, and trim — you get a finished garage without a general contractor.

Two-Story Structures

The first floor arrives fully built. We frame, sheath, and finish the second story on site. This includes two-story sheds, barns, and garages with loft space.

Tight Access — Can’t Fit the Building Through?

Our Shed Mule places most single-wide buildings, but the structure needs to clear every gate and passage. If it won’t fit, remove a fence section or go with an on-site build.

You pick your building

Choose a garage, two-story shed, or barn from our lineup. Configure size, siding, colors, and add-ons online or with a sales rep.

We build the panels at our shop

Walls, roof trusses, and floor sections are built by Amish craftsmen at our Parkesburg, PA facility — same quality control as our delivered structures.

Panels ship to your property

We deliver the pre-built sections on a flatbed. No wide-load permits needed because panels travel flat.

Our crew assembles on site

A crew arrives with the delivery and assembles the building on your prepared pad. Framing, siding, roofing, doors, windows, and trim — typically finished in one to two days.
