    Full-dimension framing with structural sheathing — built like a house, not a kit.

  • Painted, trimmed & turnkey

    Pre-finished paint, full trim package, double doors, and locking handle. Ready to use the day it arrives.

  • Per-mile delivery from Parkesburg

    Delivered fully assembled and set on your prepared site. $5/mi one-way for 6′–12′ wide builds, $7.50/mi one-way for 13′–14′ wide. Quoted up-front from your address.

Lead times, customization, site prep, permits, and warranty — the stuff most folks ask before pulling the trigger on a custom shed. If your question isn’t here, we’re happy to talk it through.

  • Most custom shed builds ship in 4–8 weeks from the time you approve specs and pay your deposit. Smaller, simpler models (Mini Barn, Workshop) tend to be on the faster end; two-story and dormer models with custom windows take a bit longer. We give you a firm window in writing when we send your quote.
