10' X 20' Quaker
This 10' x 20' Quaker shed built by White Pine Structures was constructed with durable LP SmartSide wood siding painted gray, trimmed in white, and capped with a black architectural shingle roof. Its double-hinged door with a diamond plate threshold provided easy access, making it a practical choice for storing equipment or setting up a workshop. The interior included an LP TechShield radiant heat barrier, improving comfort and energy efficiency for year-round use.
The framing featured 2x4 pressure-treated floor joists spaced 16 inches on center, topped with 3/4-inch plywood flooring supported by 4x4 pressure-treated skids. Sidewall studs and rafters also spaced 16 inches on center ensured solid structural integrity. Overhangs extended 16 inches on the long side, protecting the siding and foundation from weather exposure. This size and style offered a versatile footprint suitable for homeowners needing extra storage or a dedicated hobby space.
