Good to Know

Planning a visit? Text or call (610) 467-5728 to confirm availability — we’ll have it ready for you.
Site ready: 1–2 week delivery applies when your site is ready. Need a pad or foundation? We'll coordinate — your delivery date adjusts to match your site prep.
Access: This building is already built and delivered as-is on our trailer, so we need a clear path to the spot. If your yard is fenced in or the access is too tight, it can't be built on-site — you'd order a new building as an on-site (prefab) build instead. Not sure? Send us your gate width and a photo of the path and we'll tell you straight.
Prices and availability are updated regularly. If a price is listed in error, we’ll let you know before your order is confirmed — and you can cancel for a full refund.
