The original siding is T-111 — a wood panel siding found on older buildings that White Pine no longer uses on new construction. Where the bottom of the T-111 had rotted (typically the first two feet), we cut it out and replaced it with LP SmartSide engineered wood. LP SmartSide is rated to resist rot, termites, and hail — so the repaired section is actually stronger than what was there before. The rest of the T-111 was inspected and is structurally sound.

The A-Frame design gives you extra headroom at center, making it a natural fit for a workshop, hobby room, or serious storage.
