This 12X24 Classic 2 Story Barn puts 288 square feet on the ground level plus a full gambrel loft above. Clay painted LP SmartSide siding, linen trim, bronze metal roof. Portable design - this one gets delivered in one piece.
Ground floor: 2X4 wall studs at 8 feet, 9x7 overhead door, 36-inch classic entrance. Second floor: 2X6 floor joists at 16 inches on center, 5/8-inch plywood flooring, two 24X36 windows. Full stairway with rail connects both floors.
Sold. Same model available as a custom order. If you need maximum storage in a smaller footprint, the two-story is the way to go.
