Ground floor: 2X4 wall studs at 8 feet, dual 9x7 overhead doors, 36-inch classic entrance, 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center with ¾-inch plywood. Second floor: 2X6 floor joists at 16 inches on center, 5/8-inch plywood, four 24X36 windows with shutters, full stairway with rail.
