This 8' x 10' A-Frame workshop sold quickly from our Parkesburg lot, proving its practicality for homeowners needing a dedicated workspace. Built with durable wood LP SmartSide siding in light gray and white trim, the structure balanced style and function, fitting neatly in tight yards or gardens. Its compact size made it ideal for hobbyists, DIYers, or anyone seeking a real workshop separate from the garage clutter.

Beyond its appealing exterior, the workshop featured a robust floor construction with ¾″ plywood atop 2×4 pressure-treated joists, spaced 16 inches on center, supported by 4×4 pressure-treated skids.
