12X16 A-Frame Classic Garage. Slate blue vinyl siding, white trim, black roof. 192 square feet - compact but efficient for a car and some storage. Vinyl means no painting, ever.
Classic-grade construction: Miratec fascia and trim, gable overhangs, classic vents, LP TechShield radiant barrier. Includes a garage door with classic entrance door and two 24X36 sliding windows.
This in-stock model had Tando Stone Front ($1,570) and glass arch garage door ($500) upgrades. Similar configurations are available for custom order, built to the same standard.
