12' X 20' A-Frame Garage
12X20 A-Frame Garage. Clay LP SmartSide siding, white trim, weatherwood roof. 240 square feet inside - room for a vehicle and a workbench. LP SmartSide won't rot, warp, or attract termites.
Comes with a 9x7 overhead garage door, 36-inch entrance door, plywood flooring, and LP TechShield radiant barrier on the interior walls. Standard 2X4 framing at 16 inches on center for walls and rafters, with floor joists at 12 inches on center.
This unit has sold, but we build the same model to order. Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on time of year and building size.
