12' X 24' Hi Barn Garage
Built on 4X4 treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center. This 12X24 Hi Barn Garage uses LP SmartSide siding in dark gray with white trim and a charcoal gray roof. The gambrel roof design gives you more headroom than a standard garage - you can stack things higher or hang tools on the walls without bumping your head.
288 square feet of floor space with a 9x7 overhead door for drive-in access and a 36-inch side entrance. Interior walls are lined with LP TechShield radiant barrier to cut down on heat buildup. ¾-inch plywood flooring throughout.
This unit has sold. Includes a 4' loft ($190) and 2' shelf ($96). Same setup available as a custom order.
