No — we’re a specialty builder of portable and modular buildings. Your garage is built in our Parkesburg shop and delivered, not framed board-by-board in your yard. Up to 14′ wide arrives fully assembled in one piece. 16–18′ wide is built on site by our own crew. 20′ and wider ships in finished sections that our crew joins on your pad. Tight gate or no truck access? We can build almost any custom garage on site as a prefab build (in-stock units are sold as-is). There’s no foundation dig — it sits on a stone or concrete pad. If you need a house-attached or full-foundation garage, a general contractor is the right call for that job.

Most custom garages ship in 4–10 weeks from approved specs and deposit. Smaller single-bay garages land on the shorter end; larger modular and two-story garages take longer. The rest depends on how many orders are ahead of yours and the time of year — spring and early summer are busiest. Text or call and we’ll tell you how far out we are right now. A portable garage is built fully assembled at our shop and delivered as one piece on a specialized low-profile trailer — cap is roughly 14×40 (limited by what we can legally roll down the road). Once on-site, our shed mule lifts and positions it exactly where you need it. A modular garage is built in 2–3 sections at our shop, then trucked to your site and bolted together on the prepared pad. Modular lets us go bigger (up to 28×48) and reach sites that a single-piece delivery can’t. Same craftsmanship either way — the choice is about size and access, not quality.

A gravel pad works for portable single-piece garages up to 14×28. For larger garages — anything modular, two-story, or 16× wider — we strongly recommend a poured concrete slab with thickened edges and a vapor barrier. Concrete also opens up future options (in-floor drains, vehicle lifts, finished interior floor) and is what most townships expect for permits. We send a slab spec drawing with your order so your concrete contractor knows exactly what to pour.
