This 12X20 Hi Barn Garage uses LP SmartSide in tan with white trim and a black roof. 240 square feet on 4X4 treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center and ¾-inch plywood flooring.
The hi-barn gambrel roof gives you more usable loft space and overhead clearance than a standard garage. Good for a single vehicle, lawn equipment, or a dedicated workshop setup. Tan and white works with just about any house color.
