Ground floor: dual 9x7 overhead doors, 36-inch classic entrance, 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center. Comes loaded with 6' transom doors, windows in the garage doors, two transom dormers, and the metal roof - over $5,700 in upgrades included.
