10' X 12' Hi Wall Barn
10X12 footprint, 6'6" sidewalls. That's enough height to hang rakes, shovels, and long-handled tools on the wall and still have floor space for your mower and wheelbarrow.
Bronze LP SmartSide siding with white trim and a black roof. LP SmartSide is engineered wood — it won't rot, warp, or attract termites. Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 16 inches on center and plywood flooring.
The gambrel roof adds overhead space you don't get with a standard gable design. The included 4-foot loft takes advantage of that extra headroom, giving you a second storage level for lighter items.
LP TechShield radiant barrier on the interior. 30-year architectural shingles on top. Amish-built.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
