12X24 A-Frame Garage. Light gray LP SmartSide siding, white trim, charcoal gray roof. 288 square feet - enough for a full-size truck with room to spare for tools or a workbench.
Comes standard with a 9x7 steel overhead door with diamond plate threshold, 36-inch entrance door, ¾-inch plywood flooring, and LP TechShield radiant barrier. Built on 4X4 treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order, built to the same standard.
