12' X 16' Hi Wall Barn
192 square feet with a 12-foot width. That extra two feet over a 10-wide barn makes a real difference — you can fit a workbench along one wall and still have room to walk past it with a sheet of plywood.
Bronze siding, white trim, black roof. LP SmartSide construction, which means the siding is engineered wood rated to resist moisture, rot, and termites. The gambrel roof gives you more usable overhead space for shelving, pegboard, or just stacking things higher.
Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 16 inches on center. Plywood flooring. LP TechShield radiant barrier on the interior walls and roof helps keep things cooler when you're working inside during summer.
