12' X 16' A-Frame Workshop

The A-frame pitch sheds rain and snow without pooling, and the LP SmartSide won't rot, warp, or need replacing every few years. Two doors on this one -- the standard double-hinged entry plus an extra 3-foot door on the side, both painted to match.

192 square feet of open floor on 3/4-inch plywood. The A-frame roofline gives you standing height through the center, which matters when you're actually working in here -- not just storing boxes. Radiant heat barrier on the interior keeps it cooler in July and warmer in January. Walls are framed 16 inches on center, ready to hang shelving, pegboard, or whatever system you use.

This is a workspace, not a closet. Room for a bench, a miter saw station, and material storage without tripping over yourself. Pressure-treated skids and floor joists underneath, 30-year architectural shingles on top. It's built, it's on our lot in Parkesburg, and it's ready to go.
