This 8' x 16' A-Frame Workshop, constructed with Dark Gray LP SmartSide wood siding and accented by crisp white trim, was a solid find for a buyer seeking a well-crafted workspace. Sitting on 4x4 pressure-treated skids with 2x4 floor joists spaced 16 inches on center and topped by ¾-inch plywood flooring, this workshop offered a sturdy floor platform suitable for heavy tools and workbenches. The double-hinged door with a diamond plate threshold added practicality for frequent access and durability.
The interior benefited from LP TechShield radiant heat barrier sheathing, making it more comfortable year-round, while the 30-year architectural shingles ensured lasting roof protection. With 2x4 rafters spaced 16 inches on center and ½-inch roof sheathing under tar paper, the roof system was built for strength and weather resistance.
