10' X 18' Dutch Barn
If you need real storage space but like the look of a classic barn, this 10X18 Dutch Barn is a good fit. 180 square feet on the main floor, plus all that loft space the gambrel roof opens up.
Linen siding with linen trim — same color top to bottom, so it's a clean, simple look. Black roof for some contrast. LP SmartSide engineered wood construction holds up through harsh weather without the constant upkeep of natural wood.
The 18-foot depth gives you room for a riding mower, garden equipment, bikes, and seasonal storage without cramming it all together. The loft overhead is great for things you don't need every week — holiday decorations, camping gear, out-of-season sports equipment.
Pressure-treated foundation, plywood flooring, LP TechShield radiant barrier inside.
