Built with LP SmartSide in clay with bronze trim and a weatherwood roof. This 12X20 Hi Barn Garage gives you 240 square feet on 4X4 treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center.
The hi-barn design adds vertical clearance over a standard garage roofline. Clay and bronze is a warm, earthy combination that fits well in rural and suburban settings alike. LP SmartSide won't rot, warp, or attract termites.
Sold. Included a 4' loft ($190) and 2' shelf ($95). Same build available to order.
