12' X 24' Hi Barn Garage
2X4 treated floor joists at 12 inches on center with ¾-inch plywood flooring. This 12X24 Hi Barn Garage uses light gray vinyl siding with white trim and a dark gray roof. Vinyl means no painting - the color holds up year after year.
The gambrel roof design is what sets the hi-barn apart from standard garages. The roof geometry gives you more overhead clearance to stack storage, hang tools, or park something bigger than a sedan. 288 square feet total.
Sold. Included a 4' loft ($190), 2' workbench ($95), and 6' door ($180). Available as a custom order.
