This 12X28 Hi Barn Garage gives you 336 square feet - 48 more than a standard 12X24. LP SmartSide siding in light gray with white trim and a black roof. Built on 4X4 treated skids with 2X4 floor joists at 12 inches on center.
The extra 4 feet of length makes a real difference if you need space for a vehicle plus a workbench or tool storage along the back wall. Gambrel roof adds headroom for overhead storage. LP TechShield radiant barrier throughout.
Sold. Included a 4' loft ($190) and 2' workbench ($95). Same configuration available as a custom order.
