New Jersey Delivery
Amish-Built Sheds & Garages Delivered Across New Jersey
We build every structure by hand at our Parkesburg, PA facility in Chester County — then deliver it fully assembled to your New Jersey property. South Jersey is a quick trip across the Delaware. Central Jersey, the Shore, and North Jersey are all well within reach.
Why New Jersey Homeowners Choose White Pine
You're buying direct from the builder — not a dealer lot with a markup. Every structure is hand-built by Amish craftsmen at our facility in Parkesburg, PA.
Built in PA, Delivered to NJ
We're just across the Delaware — South Jersey deliveries are under an hour from our lot. Even North Jersey and the Shore are a straightforward run on the Turnpike.
Pressure-Treated Floor Joists
2×4 pressure-treated floor joists on 4×4 PT runners under ¾" plywood — not the bare untreated floors most competitors use. Your building stays dry and off the ground.
Delivered Fully Assembled
No kit. No assembly. We build it, load it, and set it on your prepared pad. Most NJ deliveries happen within a week of the structure being ready.

Building in New Jersey — What You Should Know
NJ Shed Permits
New Jersey permit rules vary by municipality, but most towns require a building permit for accessory structures over 200 square feet. Some towns set the threshold at 100 sq ft. Setback requirements typically range from 5 to 15 feet from property lines — but in denser suburbs the rules can be tighter.
Many NJ towns also require a zoning permit even for structures under the building-permit threshold. Always check with your local building department before placing your order.
Full NJ permit guideFoundation & Delivery
New Jersey's frost line is 36 inches — same as Pennsylvania. For sheds and smaller garages, a level gravel pad is usually the best option. Larger garages and two-story structures may need a concrete slab or poured footers.
We cross into NJ via the Commodore Barry Bridge (I-322), the Walt Whitman Bridge, or the NJ Turnpike — depending on your location. Our delivery truck needs about 14 feet of clearance and a reasonably straight path to your pad.
