This 14' x 28' Hi Barn Garage, featuring durable Wood LP SmartSide siding in Bronze and Clay trim, recently found a new home after selling quickly from our Parkesburg lot. Its spacious design and solid build made it a standout among customers looking for a stylish yet functional garage solution.
Built on 4x4 treated skids with 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 12 inches on center, this garage offered a sturdy foundation topped with ¾ inch plywood flooring. The 16-inch on-center sidewall studs and rafters ensured long-lasting strength, while the 30-year architectural shingles and weatherwood roof color provided dependable weather protection. A 9' x 7' solid steel overhead door with a diamond plate threshold and a 36-inch single entry door made access easy and secure.
The interior included LP TechShield radiant heat barrier sheathing, helping with energy efficiency.
