160 square feet of floor space with 6'5" sidewalls. This 10X16 Hi Wall Barn gives you room to store a riding mower, workbench, and still have space left over for tools and supplies.
Clay siding with bronze trim and a weatherwood roof. It's a warm, earthy look that fits in with just about any yard. LP SmartSide construction handles rain, snow, and humidity without rotting or warping.
This one already has the upgrades installed — extra single door, 2-foot shelf, and 4-foot loft. The loft takes advantage of the gambrel roof's extra height, giving you a second level of storage without eating into your floor space. The extra door on the side makes it easy to get in and out without moving everything around.
Pressure-treated foundation, plywood flooring, LP TechShield radiant barrier inside. Built by Amish craftsmen. Ready to deliver.
