10' X 16' Hi Wall Barn
Barn red siding, barn red trim, weatherwood roof. This 10X16 Hi Wall Barn looks like it belongs on the property — because that's exactly what a barn should do.
160 square feet of floor space with a gambrel roof that gives you more usable loft space above. That means you can store a riding mower, stack bins three or four high, and still hang tools on the wall above. LP SmartSide engineered wood siding handles the weather without peeling, cracking, or inviting termites.
The foundation is 4X4 pressure-treated skids with 2X4 pressure-treated floor joists at 16-inch centers. Plywood flooring. Sidewall studs at 16-inch centers. The gambrel roof is framed with 2X4 rafters, sheathed, papered, and topped with 30-year architectural shingles. LP TechShield radiant barrier inside.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
