White siding, black trim, black roof. This 10X16 Hi Wall Barn keeps it simple and clean. The color combo works in any neighborhood — suburban, rural, doesn't matter.
160 square feet with hi-wall sidewalls that give you more vertical space than a standard barn. You can hang tools, mount shelves, or just stack things higher. LP SmartSide engineered wood siding handles rain, snow, and humidity without rotting or warping.
Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids with 2X4 pressure-treated floor joists at 16-inch centers. Plywood flooring. Sidewall studs at 16-inch centers. LP TechShield radiant barrier on the interior. 30-year architectural shingles.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
