12' X 16' Hi Wall Barn
192 square feet with a 12-foot width. Dark gray siding, white trim, dark gray roof. This 12X16 Hi Wall Barn looks more like a modern outbuilding than a traditional barn — which is exactly the point for newer neighborhoods.
The 12-foot width is the key spec here. It gives you two extra feet over a 10-wide, which means you can actually put a workbench along one wall and walk past it. Enhanced sidewall height means more usable wall space for pegboard, shelving, or stacking.
LP SmartSide engineered wood siding. 2X4 pressure-treated floor joists at 16-inch centers on 4X4 pressure-treated skids. Plywood flooring. LP TechShield radiant barrier inside. 30-year architectural shingles.
