About This Build
12' X 20' Hi Wall Barn
240 square feet. 12 feet wide, 20 feet deep. This is the barn you get when a 10-wide isn't cutting it anymore.
Barn red siding with black trim and a black roof. LP SmartSide construction — the siding is engineered wood designed to resist moisture, fungal decay, and termites. The 12-foot width gives you room to park a riding mower and an ATV side by side, or set up a workbench along one wall with actual room to work.
This model came with extras already installed: an extra single door on the side, a 2-foot shelf, and a 4-foot loft. The loft takes advantage of the gambrel roof's overhead space. The side door means you don't have to open the double doors every time you need to grab a tool.
Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids. Plywood flooring. LP TechShield radiant barrier inside. 30-year architectural shingles.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
