This 8' x 10' mini barn sold quickly from our Parkesburg lot, demonstrating strong demand for compact, durable storage solutions. With khaki vinyl siding and crisp white trim, it combined low maintenance with classic barn aesthetics, making it ideal for homeowners needing organized outdoor space without overwhelming their yard. Its gambrel roof design provided extra overhead storage or workspace under 4-foot sidewalls, optimizing every inch of interior space.

Constructed with quality framing including 2x4 studs spaced 16 inches on center, a treated 4x4 foundation, and 2x4 floor joists also 16 inches on center, it offered a robust, stiff floor platform with smooth ¾-inch plywood flooring. Additional features like the double hinged doors with diamond plate threshold and a screened sliding window enhanced usability and ventilation. The LP TechShield radiant heat barrier and 30-year architectural shingles ensured long-term protection, setting this mini barn apart from typical sheds or storage buildings in its size class.
