Pennsylvania Delivery
Amish-Built Sheds & Garages Delivered Across Pennsylvania
Built by hand at our Parkesburg facility in Chester County — the heart of Pennsylvania's Amish building country. We deliver fully assembled structures to 21 communities across the state, from Coatesville to Carlisle and everywhere in between.
Why Pennsylvania Homeowners Choose White Pine
We're not a dealer reselling someone else's buildings. Every structure is built by our crew in Parkesburg — you're buying direct from the builder.
Built in Chester County
Our lot is on Route 30 in Parkesburg — right in Pennsylvania's Amish craftsmanship corridor. Every shed and garage is hand-built here, not shipped from out of state.
Pressure-Treated Floor Joists
2×4 pressure-treated floor joists on 4×4 PT runners under ¾" plywood — not the bare 2×4 untreated floors most competitors use. Your building sits off the ground and stays dry.
Delivered Fully Assembled
No kit. No assembly. We build it, load it, drive it to your property, and set it on your prepared pad. Most PA deliveries happen within a week of the structure being ready.
Since 1988
We've been building in Parkesburg for over 35 years. Your neighbor probably has one of ours in their backyard already.
Custom Sizes & Options
From 8×10 storage sheds to two-story multi-bay garages. Lofts, workbenches, electrical prep, overhead doors, windows — built to your spec.

Building in Pennsylvania — What You Should Know
PA Shed Permits
Most Pennsylvania municipalities require a building permit for structures over 200 square feet (roughly 10×20). Under 200 sq ft you can usually skip the permit, but setback rules still apply — you typically need to stay 5–15 feet from property lines depending on your township.
HOA neighborhoods may have additional restrictions on size, placement, and exterior appearance. Always check with your township zoning office first.
Full PA permit guideFoundation Requirements
Pennsylvania's frost line is 36 inches — deeper than Maryland or Delaware. For sheds and smaller garages, a level gravel pad is usually enough. Larger garages and two-story structures often need a concrete slab or poured footers.
We can help you figure out what your site needs. If the ground isn't level, our crew can shim the structure on delivery — but we'll always recommend gravel prep for anything over 12×16.
