12' X 18' Hi Wall Barn
216 square feet with a 12-foot width. This 12X18 Hi Wall Barn splits the difference between the compact 10-wides and the full-size 12X24 — enough room for a workshop setup without taking over the yard.
Bronze LP SmartSide siding with linen trim and a black roof. The wider 12-foot dimension means you can run a workbench along one wall and still walk past it. Enhanced sidewall height gives you more vertical storage — shelves, pegboard, tall equipment — without bumping your head.
Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids. 2X4 pressure-treated floor joists at 16-inch centers. Plywood flooring. 2X4 rafters at 16-inch centers. LP TechShield radiant barrier inside. 30-year architectural shingles on top.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
