12' X 24' Hi Wall Barn
288 square feet. 12 feet wide, 24 feet deep. This is the biggest Hi Wall Barn in the lineup, and it's built for people who need serious storage or a real workshop space.
Clay siding with white trim and a weatherwood roof. LP SmartSide engineered wood construction — rated for moisture, fungal decay, and termite resistance. The 12-foot width means you can set up a workbench, park equipment, and still have room to move. The 24-foot depth handles long items like lumber, kayaks, or extension ladders.
Built on 4X4 pressure-treated skids. 2X4 floor joists at 16-inch centers. Plywood flooring. Sidewall studs at 16-inch centers. LP TechShield radiant barrier inside. 30-year architectural shingles.
This in-stock model has sold but similar configurations are available for custom order built to the same standard.
