Usually it's a display model we want to rotate out, a color combination that didn't sell, or we're making room for new inventory. The quality is identical — it's just priced to move.

What's the difference between discounted and refurbished?

Discounted structures are brand-new builds at a reduced price. Refurbished/used structures are pre-owned units we've bought back, inspected, repaired, and restored.

Can I negotiate the price further?

Clearance prices are already our best offer. What you see is what you pay — no hidden fees.

Do clearance structures come with a warranty?

New discounted structures get our full 10-year craftsmanship warranty. Used/refurbished structures come with a limited warranty — ask us for details on the specific unit.
