Ensure your garage sits level and stable from day one with our professional site preparation services. We handle excavation, grading, and foundation installation to manufacturer specifications.

Garages must have level foundations before delivery. Improper foundations can cause overhead door malfunctions, structural stress, water infiltration, and void warranty coverage.

- •Stock structure prices are for delivery fully assembled (complete and ready to use). Custom order pricing shown for delivery fully assembled; prefab/build-on-site also available. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Parkesburg, PA; $5-$7.50/mile beyond.
- •Optional professional installation service available at additional cost using a stone pad. Installation requires a level site with adequate access for our equipment.
- •Prefab/build-on-site construction available for custom orders only. Structure is built piece-by-piece at your location. Ideal for properties with limited access, custom foundations, or customer preference. Contact us for detailed pricing and timeline. Not available for stock structures.
